Again, I had the pleasure of using Atlas Electrical, Air Conditioning, Refrigeration & Plumbing Service. I needed a new water softener because over a 12-year period mine had taken its toll. It's such a relief to be able to contact a company such as Atlas and know that their staff (Gabby, Victoria & Daniel) would handle your concerns with such care and professionalism. The technicians (Mario and Rene B) were extremely knowledgeable about the process of installing the water softener. Their professionalism and can-do attitude were a great example of the company they work for. Atlas is rated 5-Stars.

I called Atlas for maintenance/repair on a mini split ac unit in the home we're about to sell. The staff was very professional from start to finish, from setting up my appointment, to calling me to confirm a date/time and then letting me know which technician would be meeting me and even providing me with a picture of the said technician. I really appreciated that because I'm currently 8 months pregnant and meeting up with random people right now is a safety precaution, so I liked knowing who to expect at my door instead of waiting for a stranger. My technician Joe E was very knowledgeable and provided excellent service. He fixed the issue for what was needed and gave a detailed explanation of what was going on that was making the unit drip. I highly recommend Atlas for their top-quality service and attention to detail. This was my first experience with them and I'll continue to contact them for any future installs, repairs, or maintenance.

Javier was great. He got all my electrical issues taken care of quickly and professionally. He installed quality replacements and made sure I understood how to use them. My repairs were through a home warranty and Atlas took care of all the approvals very quickly. I highly recommend them.

"Varsity level of professionalism"

I was very fortunate to have been a patron of Atlas Plumbing a week ago and their professionalism spoke for itself. This morning, I, unfortunately, had a different issue with my plumbing in a different area of my home which was a leaking and massively overflowing toilet. I knew exactly who to call. Manuel came over and I am still amazed at the level these guys are on. We're talking varsity level of professionalism here.

Before I knew Atlas existed, there were times when I wondered where all the hard workers went and got replaced by people that consider the bare minimum, a day's wages earned. Nobody that has come into my home from Atlas has ever done the bare minimum. Manuel was very well-spoken and explained to me in precise detail how a toilet works, to include nomenclature of parts used in the process so I could be more well-informed. There are no negative things to say about Atlas from me. Thank you Manuel, and thank you Atlas for hiring great people.

"Professional, quick, and thorough"

I needed to get a shower/tub combo faucet and shower head replaced, so I put in a request for quotes through Yelp. Atlas Plumbing responded quickly and was able to change them out the next day. Dominick came out very quickly and was able to clear out a clog caused by attic insulation stuck in our drain pipe. A different company had caused it, but Atlas comes to the rescue with Dominick leading the way. I really appreciate their expertise. Request him by name if you can. He also previously installed a tankless water heater for us in the past. Thank you Atlas and Dominick!!! Very satisfied! House is in order, wife’s happy, I’m happy.

I called Atlas to help with my Furnace and Thermostat issues. It’s a holiday weekend and I left a message for the dispatcher, expecting a call the next day. Within 5 mini yes I received a call from Eric with Atlas and he walks me through the issue. He was knowledgeable and friendly. If we have an issue with our A/C or Furnace in the future, I will certainly hire them.

The technician, Javier Q. arrived promptly as scheduled. He was able to quickly determine the cause of the problem and explain the correct way to fix it. Javier was very thorough with checking that both the garbage disposal and the dishwasher were properly functioning after the repairs were finished. I will definitely be calling on Atlas again for any problems that I have with my electrical, plumbing, and air conditioning systems.
